Thanks to Open EAM’s flexible workflows, Sasol manages technical documents and revision processes through the Technical Archive module. External engineering firms can check out, download, and upload revisions directly from Open EAM, with no need to access the physical archive. Documents and assets are linked through the Operating Manuals module, enabling control-room procedure lookup and version consistency. Sasol also manages fire-safety inspection processes on critical assets — all in a single system.
