This notice describes how personal data is processed for users who visit the openeam.it website, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Data controller

The Data Controller is Seedma SRL, based at Via Barletta 9, 95125 Catania (CT), Italy — VAT no. 05728230870. For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, or to exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection), you can write to info@seedma.it.

Data collected through the demo request form

Through the demo request form we collect your first name, last name, company, role, and business email address. This data is processed solely to contact you back and arrange a demonstration of the openeam.it platform, and is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties other than the external processors listed in this notice.

Purpose and legal basis

• Handling demo and contact requests (pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal and contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data retention

Data submitted through the demo request form is retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the pre-contractual request, and in any case no longer than 12 months from the last contact with the data subject, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

External data processors

Emails generated by the demo request form are sent via the third-party platform EmailJS, which acts as an external data processor pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR, appointed under a dedicated agreement. Data shared with EmailJS is limited to what is necessary to send the communication.

Data subject rights

You can exercise, at any time, the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection) by writing to the Data Controller at info@seedma.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
